Q: Why should I become a BT Affiliate?
A: One reason is that you'll make money, with no financial risk and no investment whatsoever. BT handles total processing of any and all orders for customers referred by you. You get a 15 to 20 % commission check.

Q: Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?
A: Not one cent.

Q: How are sales credited to me?
A: When your referred customers place an order with BT (via phone, web, or email) they'll use the unique identification code assigned only to you. BT will track the sales and send you a check quarterly. Count on it.

Q: How do I sign up?

Q: Can a person outside the U.S. become an Affiliate?
A: We currently can accept Affiliates only from the United States and Canada.

Q: Can I advertise BT on my website?
A: Yes, if you uphold the terms and conditions for the Affiliate Program. Of course BT reserves the right to revoke privileges at any time if we find you've violated the terms and conditions (e.g. objectionable material, use of BT name in your website name or your meta tags).

Q: Can I have Affiliate status if I don't have a website?
A: Yes. A website is not required to be a member of the Affiliate Program.

Q: How often do I get paid?
A: You will receive a check monthly.

Q: I am not yet a BT customer. Do I earn commission on my own purchase?
A: When you buy any of our products under your own name it's considered a purchase and not a sale, you benefit from the member prices as opposed to retail. Commissions are paid to you as a reward for the work you have done recruiting new BT customers.

Q: What are my responsibilities as an Affiliate?
A: Simple enough: Promoting the BT/BODYTUNED.COM site and sending your customers to our website with your unique identification code to purchase products and consulting time.

Q: How does BT cooperate with me?
A: We are as interested in you making money as we are. BT will provide you with personal support, to maximize your sales. We'll handle orders, shipping, and billing for all your customers.

Q: What happens if a machine or products I sell are returned?
A: If your customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, then naturally your account will be debited any commission earned on that transaction.

Q: Who processes orders and handles customer service?
A: BT sales consultants process all your orders; and our professionally-staffed customer service department will handle any of your customer's questions and warranty issues.

Q: What happens if my customer forgets to use my code?
A: Don't let your customer forget! Encourage every customer to use your code. Obviously, if a customer does not use your code we cannot credit you for the sale and they pay for shipping.

Q: And what's in it for the customer by using my code?
A: Glad you asked! Everyone of your customers will benefit automatically of prices reserved for members as opposed to reatail! A real saving!

Q: Can I place orders for my customers?
A: Absolutely. Be sure to use your unique identification code when placing the order, and supply us with a customer address for drop shipping.

Q: What price do I give my customers?
A: The same price you would purchase any of our products for (member's price).

Q: Is there a minimum sales requirement to maintain my Affiliate status?
A: Yes, but it is not difficult. Refer a minimum of six customers within a one-year period to remain an accredited Affiliate.

Q: How do I know how much commission I have earned?
A: We're happy to give you that information. You'll receive a commission statement with your monthly commission check but you can also check online, at any time, who purchased what and when.

Q: Does BT offer a money-back guarantee (equipements)?
A: Yes, and what a guarantee it is! Customers may return the equipement sold to them undamaged to BT within the first 30 days, for a full refund of their purchase price. (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization number.) -

Q: If I'm not sure which program is most appropriate for me, what should I do?
A: Not to worry. Complete the Application Form and one of our sales consultants will contact you and advise which program, the Affiliate or the Member Program, will be most appropriate for you.
